You may return any eligible item within 30 calendar days from the date tracking indicates your order was delivered.
To qualify for a full refund, items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, complete with original tags, protective packaging, and any included accessories.
Return Shipping Responsibility
We believe in fair return responsibilities:
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item, a product damaged during transit, or an incorrect variant, FANUYA covers 100% of return costs. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label immediately upon verification.
- Customer Preference & Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product or wish to exchange for another model, you are responsible for the return postage fee. We recommend utilizing a trackable service (such as USPS Priority or UPS Ground).
- Zero Restocking Fees: FANUYA never charges restocking fees or penalty deductions on returned merchandise.
Refund Processing & Timeline
Once your return shipment arrives at our return inspection facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 1 to 2 business days.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately. Credit card and digital payment refunds will appear on your original payment method statement within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's banking clearance schedules.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled without penalty before physical dispatch has taken place. If you wish to cancel an order, please email support@fanuya.com within 2 hours of checkout. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it must be handled via our standard 30-day return process.
How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a return is simple and takes less than 2 minutes:
